Just wrapped up a delightful weekend at Hotel Restaurant Alpenblick in the charming village of Ernen with my family, and I couldn't be happier with our choice! The hotel strikes a perfect balance between rustic charm and modern comfort-our room was immaculate, offering stunning views of the mountains, and the private balcony turned out to be a favorite spot for morning coffee. We indulged in the on-site restaurant, where the regional cuisine truly impressed, especially the fresh asparagus and deer carpaccio. If you're a fan of cozy eating experiences, this is your place! Plus, the friendly staff went above and beyond to ensure we felt at home-definitely a highlight for my two daughters. After our meals, we enjoyed the beautiful garden and sun deck, where my kids could play while I snapped a few photos. It's pure bliss to connect to nature while relishing those mountain views, something I always look for in my eco-resort reviews. Conveniently, parking was right at our doorstep, making our trips to explore nearby spots like Fiesch a breeze. Hotel Alpenblick checkmarked all the boxes for a relaxing getaway; I can't recommend it highly enough!
